All prices indicated as applying to wines on this website include VAT.
All prices indicated as applying to products on this web site will be exclusive of delivery fees which will be charged separately.
We will only deliver wines to you once we have received full payment of the purchase price.
You will be required to provide the necessary payment account details (such as credit card details) and to authorise payment of the amounts payable for the products ordered when submitting your order.
By submitting an order to us, you authorise us to debit your designated account with the relevant amounts due for the products ordered. Such authorisation will allow us to obtain payment at any time after our acceptance of your order, although such acceptance may be prior to our delivery of such Products. Should we be unable to duly effect such payment for any reason your order may be cancelled. You warrant that you are duly authorised to make payments from the account designated by you. You also authorise us to pay all amounts to be refunded to you into such account.
We charge a flat rate of R90, no matter what the size of your order is, or where your delivery address is within South Africa.

We have a partnership with Globeflight who will arrange delivery of your wines straight to your door. The standard delivery time is 3 working days. If you live further than the main cities, then allow some additional time.
Unfortunately, we currently only service online orders within South Africa, but because we want to enable you to enjoy our amazing selection of wines wherever you are, we invite you to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then look for a solution with our local partners or airfreight companies.
Error or Breakages
Before the driver gets back on the road, we advise you to check that the right bottles have reached your door and that they are all in good condition. Alternatively, check your order reference number and contact our Customer Service within 10 working days from the date of receiving your wines. We are here for you via email or by telephone from Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) and will solve any kind of delivery issue as fast as possible.
Once we get your bottles back, our team will proceed the full refund, within 7 working days, into your bank account.
If you have changed your mind, no problem, you have 10 working days to contact our Customer Service. We will arrange the collection of your order that must be in its original packaging and undamaged in any way. We will then process a full refund less 10% handling fee on the value of the returned wines.
