Error or Breakages
Before the driver gets back on the road, we advise you to check that the right bottles have reached your door and that they are all in good condition. Alternatively, check your order reference number and contact our Customer Service within 10 working days from the date of receiving your wines. We are here for you via email from Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) and will solve any kind of delivery issue as fast as possible.
Once we get your bottles back, our team will proceed the full refund, within 7 working days, into your bank account.
If you have changed your mind, no problem, you have 10 working days to contact us. We will arrange the collection of your order that must be in its original packaging and undamaged in any way. We will then process a full refund less 10% handling fee on the value of the returned wines.
